Reporting should answer a question someone actually asked. We start from the decisions being made each week and work backwards to the figures that inform them.

The team

Most of our work starts with a spreadsheet that has outgrown itself. We sit with the team that keeps it, learn where the numbers come from, and build something that fits the way they already work.
